This year, Channel 5 has unfettered access to the Four Seasons, Park Lane, in all its glory.
We get an inside glimpse of how a 5 star hotel provides exceptional, bespoke service to its clientele, every day of the year. We delve into the running... of the hotel in fastidious detail, from the 1,000 tonnes of linen passing through the hotel every year, and the famous Four Seasons bed, to the celebrity guests. Front and centre is the Michelin-starred Pavyllon restaurant, curated by world-famous French Chef Yannick Alleno. To retain a Michelin star requires unfailing attention to detail, and exhausting recreation of the culinary offer. We watch as the kitchen presents their world famous 'Croast', Wagyu beef morsels and mouth melting patisseries to the highest standard, under intense pressure, 24 hours a day.
