Plum Pictures' 'Amazing Spaces' and 'Shed of the Year' build global audience with HTI.

London, 7th April 2015 Hat Trick Internationals exclusive representation deal with factual and entertainment producer Plum Pictures continues to reap global sales, as new deals are confirmed for George Clarkes Amazing Spaces and Shed of the Year.
Produced by Plum Pictures for Channel 4, George Clarkes Amazing Spaces, which explores the extraordinary uses people make of small spaces, continues to establish a loyal following in the international market as a host of broadcasters return to sign the new 9 x 1 hour fourth season. These include BBC Worldwide (Africa), VRT (Belgium), Blue Ant (Canada), AMC Networks (Central and Eastern Europe), TV2 (Denmark), Nat Geo People (Asia and France), SBS (Norway) and Foxtel (Australia).
New to George Clarkes Amazing Spaces is True Visions in Thailand, which has acquired the first season, as well as the 10 x 1 hour Danish adaptation Amazing Spaces Denmark, which is produced by Mastiff for TV2 and distributed by Hat Trick International. In addition, format rights to Amazing Spaces have been optioned in France and Australia.
BBC Worldwide (Africa), Blue Ant (Canada), AMC Networks (CEE), TV2 (Denmark), SBS Discovery (Norway) and Foxtel (Australia) have also acquired Plum Pictures Shed of the Year, alongside TVNZ (New Zealand) and TV4 (Sweden). Format rights to Shed of the Year have also been optioned in Belgium by BlazHoffski. The 3 x 1 hours series for Channel 4 sees architect George Clarke uncovering a world of glorious eccentricity as he presides over Britains prestigious Shed of the Year competition. From sheds turned into replicas of the Titanic and 1950s diners to Elizabethan lodges and a Tiki surf bar, George travels the length and breadth of Britain to decide the ultimate winner.

Currently in production on a fifth season in the UK for delivery later this year, Amazing Spaces sees architect George Clarke (The Restoration Man) travelling the country to look at amazing micro builds and the inspired people undertaking them in the hope of maximising every inch of space in their homes or gardens. George discovers that size is no object in the world of micro design space can be created in the unlikeliest of places; from disused toilets to shipping containers and horse boxes to state of the art airstreams.
